We are glad to share the news that our factory has completed the production and shipment of 300 kg of high-purity Amla extract (Phyllanthus emblica, also known as Indian gooseberry) to our client in the United States. All drums passed our in-house QC release before loading, and the batch is now on its way to support our client's next production run.
Amla is one of the richest botanical sources of natural vitamin C and hydrolyzable tannins such as emblicanin A and B, and it has become a familiar name on US supplement shelves in immunity, antioxidant and “beauty from within” formulas. The batch shipped this time is extracted from carefully selected Amla fruit through a water-based process, then concentrated and spray-dried at low temperature, so the natural vitamin C and polyphenol profile is well retained – no carriers, no added colorants, no artificial preservatives. The material is standardized to 40% total tannins (UV), appears as a fine light-brown powder with good water solubility and stable flowability, and performs well in capsules, tablets, stick packs, effervescent and ready-to-mix beverage powders, and antioxidant blends.
Quality is the part we never shortcut. Raw material intake, extraction, concentration, drying and packing are all carried out in our GMP-standard 9,000 m² workshop and 100,000-grade purification workshop, and every batch of Amla extract is tested in-house with HPLC, GC-HS and IR for assay, heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiological limits. A complete Certificate of Analysis travels with the shipment, so our client can clear customs and pass incoming inspection without delay. The site holds Organic, ISO 9001, HACCP, Kosher and Halal accreditation.
With ten production lines plus the first automatic extraction line in northwest China, together with sufficient raw material storage, we can handle bulk orders like this 300 kg batch – and considerably larger ones – on a stable schedule. We also keep regular stock in our US warehouse for clients who need shorter local lead times.
