On December 6, 2024, 500 kg phycocyanin was successfully shipped to the United States. This is our first cooperation with a customer who wants to make natural pigments for cosmetics. After the first batch of samples passed the test, the customer quickly contacted us and needed to order bulk goods and sign a quarterly contract. This was the first batch of successful transportation. The customer received the goods and expressed satisfaction with our product quality and service.

Our phycocyanin uses high-yield algae as the target strain, and cyanobacteria and blue algae are commonly used. These algae have the characteristics of high blue pigment production and can independently synthesize phycocyanin under photosynthesis. Algae with excellent quality and vigorous growth can improve the yield and quality of phycocyanin. Then, by optimizing the production process parameters, increasing the culture time, suitable temperature, and appropriate light intensity, efficient cell crushing equipment, precision filtration and purification equipment, to ensure the smooth progress of the production process and the stability of product quality.
